Loan conditions
- Loan amount: from 1,000 to 21,000 Euros in dinars at the middle rate of the NBS on the day the loan is disbursed
- Repayment period: from 13 to 71 months
- Purpose: Cash loan with the option of refinancing existing loans
- The loan is in dinars, without a currency clause.
- No commission for loan processing and no obligation to transfer earnings through an account in Adriatic Bank.
- You can also opt for a grace period and pay only interest for up to 12 months - your payments can be almost twice as much.
- You can choose the due date of the first installment - the 5th, 15th or 25th of the month
Who can apply
- Potential users of the loan should have a minimum of one year of work experience for an indefinite period and six months with the last employer. The above must also apply to any guarantor.
- The loan beneficiary and the guarantor cannot be pensioners at the same time.
- A loan can be granted to a client who has not been in arrears for more than 30 days continuously or a total of 60 days in the last 12 months.
- The minimum amount of net monthly average salary/pension is 20,000 dinars.
- For amounts up to EUR 8,500, the maximum degree of indebtedness* is 40% or 50%, including a home loan, if it exists, and for amounts over EUR 8,500, the maximum degree of indebtedness is 30%, or 40%, including a home loan
* the degree of indebtedness is calculated as the ratio of monthly loan obligations to the amount of monthly income.
