Instructions for Negotiating the Exchange Rate.

If you want a more favorable exchange rate, you can now negotiate it without visiting a branch. Through our bank’s digital channels, you negotiate the rate directly with a banker who reviews your request at the moment of submission. Enter the amount you wish to exchange and wait for a personalized offer formed based on current market conditions. Everything is carried out quickly, securely, and directly within your application.

The exchange rate can be negotiated on every business day from 08:00 to 16:00.

You will receive the banker’s response (offer) in your virtual inbox. By clicking the “CONFIRM” button and authorizing the order, you submit the transaction for processing.

The minimum amount eligible for negotiation is EUR 1,000.

Select the accounts (currencies) for buying, selling, or converting, and enter the transaction amount

By clicking CONTINUE, you will be offered the option to negotiate a more favorable exchange rate.
