Instructions for Negotiating the Exchange Rate

If you would like to obtain a more favorable exchange rate, you can negotiate it directly via the banking application, without visiting a branch. Your request is reviewed by a banker at the moment of submission, and the entire process is carried out quickly and securely within the application.

Exchange rate negotiation is available on every business day from 09:00 to 16:00.

*The minimum amount for exchange rate negotiation is EUR 10,000.

Submitting a request via the Virtual Inbox

Log in to the banking application, select the More option in the lower right corner of the screen, and choose Virtual Inbox.

Click New message, select the message type, enter the subject (e.g. Exchange Office, Conversion...), and write the message text (make sure to include your personal identification number).

After completing the required fields, click Send to forward the request to the Bank for further processing.

Reviewing the Bank’s response

Once the request has been processed, the Bank’s response will be available in the Virtual Inbox.

If the offered exchange rate suits you, you may complete the transaction immediately.
