eBanking Personal is a modern service of electronic channels intended for private individuals that enable your accounts to always be with you wherever you are, regardless of the bank's working hours.

Simply and quickly make a payment, transfer funds to another account, check the balance and turnover of accounts or transfer funds to another currency via the WEB application, at any time without the obligation to come to the bank.

Be informed in a timely manner about the inflow to your account or about the use of the payment card via SMS notification.

If you decide to become a user of the eBanking Personal service, you need to choose a Package account Standard or Premium and fill out an application for eBanking Personal.

e-Banking channels:


NETpersonal channel is a modern electronic channel that allows you to perform financial transactions as well as view your accounts through an electronic banking site.

You can authorize your account in two ways:

  • SMS code for user-created accounts*
  • Username and password for templates created by the bank and internal transactions

For NETpersonal channel, a simple and fast web application has been developed:

*The SMS code is a numerical code that you automatically receive on your mobile phone when you authorize your account


NETmail is an information channel that gives you the opportunity to receive traffic on accounts to your e-mail address.


MOBILEsms It provides you with the possibility of receiving information about the balance, inflows and outflows of funds from your accounts via SMS messages.

You can get a message about the balance on your account by sending a message containing "balance" to the following phone numbers, regardless of the mobile operator:

  • 063333247
  • 0653332470

*The MOBILEsms channel is enabled only for numbers of domestic mobile operators.
