Accession to the website of Adriatic Bank JSC Belgrade (hereinafter: the website) is anonymous and the Bank does not collect data that would enable user identification (such as first and last name, e-mail address), and website users who provide their personal data through the applications, we hereby inform that the provided personal data is processed in accordance with the rules stated below and the provisions of the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Data provided in this way will not be visible to other users.

Personal data collected through contact forms (name, surname, e-mail, phone number, city) will be used by the Bank for the purpose shown in the text Personal data protection information (which you can download below this text) which also contains data on the way of processing personal data and user rights, along with other important information.

Electronic and mobile banking – In addition to basic identification data and contact data, for the purpose of executing contracts for the use of these services and providing adequate technical support and improving the quality of digital services, the Bank also processes technical data that is a prerequisite for using services through means of remote communication (e.g. data about the type and model of mobile device or computer, the name and version of the mobile application, etc.).

The mobile application uses access to the mobile phone camera to provide the IPS scan service and optional payment authorization and application login.

The mobile application collects device ID information during the user registration process.

The mobile application uses access to images and media on the device so that the user can send additional information to the Bank using the Virtual inbox functionality.

The mobile application uses access to Contacts for the purpose of providing the "Transfer" service of the National Bank of Serbia, i.e. payment through the central address scheme of the National Bank of Serbia that uses the user's mobile phone number.

The mobile application requires access to the location of the device, so that the user has information about the location of the nearest branch/exhibition or ATM device.

The Bank processes personal data to the extent that it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, and they are stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose, except in the case when the law obliges the Bank to continue to store them.

The Bank uses the collected data exclusively for the stated purposes and does not share them with third parties.

The Bank protects the confidentiality of data by taking appropriate organizational, technical and personnel measures to ensure the security of data and to protect them from any accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, misuse, prohibited disclosure or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
