Notification of a non-working day due to the National Holiday – Statehood Day

We would like to inform you that due to the upcoming Statehood Day holiday (Sretenje), the Bank will not be operating on February 17, 2025.

The Bank will begin processing international transactions initiated on this day on February 18, 2025. Therefore, we kindly ask you to plan your transactions accordingly.

New versions of mobile and electronic banking!

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that our mobile and electronic banking services will be unavailable on 27.12.2024 from 01:00AM to 06:30AM due to the installation of our new apps. The new versions of the applications will be available starting from 9:00AM, on 27.12.2024.

Access to electronic banking will remain unchanged.

The new version of the mobile application can be found on the App Store and Play Store under the name Adriatic mBanking Serbia.

Activation codes for the new mobile application can be obtained by contacting the bank via the virtual mailbox – option in the web banking application, by calling the Contact Center at 0800 330 300 or 011 3306 300, or by visiting the nearest bank branch.

Non-working days during the New Year holidays

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that during the upcoming New Year holidays, the Bank will not be operating on January 1, 2025, January 2, 2025, and January 7, 2025. On December 31, 2024, the bank will operate until 2:00 PM. The working hours on January 6, 2025, for all branches will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, except for the Zemun and Skyline branches (Belgrade), which will not be operational.

Additionally, due to international holidays, transactions in international payment operations in EUR and USD will not be processed with the value date of December 25 and December 26, 2024. For transactions in RUB currency, non-working days are from December 30, 2024, until and including January 8, 2025.
